What the heck Facebook?

So I logged onto my facebook this morning and this is what my profile page looks like, I have tried refreshing it several times. I also went to friend's pages and theirs look just as messed up as mine...

I am a little upset with facebook lately for all of the changes it's made to be more like Twitter. I am not so technologically advanced to understand all of these changes as well. For example:

• What's up with the username? Why do we have to choose a name for our facebook? Why can't it just be a number or something like it was before?
• Why are there so many 'tests' and things to become a 'fan' of? I sure will not be becoming a fan of Michael Phelps, Silly String, Glow Sticks, or Camping anytime soon.

It's not that I don't like facebook, because I really do. I just like the basics of it. I like getting on and changing my status, chatting with friends, sending and recieving messages, posting and commenting pictures, just the basics. I guess my question just is why is facebook doing all of this?

On a side note, my profile was back to normal as soon as I finished this blog :)

The Vault!

Well, yesterday was my friend Cassie's birthday and so a bunch of us had a suprise party for her at The Vault. It is this new, super cool dance club for people 18 and older. But since we're so cool, they let us go in even though we're a few years short of being 18. haha just kidding. We actually got to go because her parents reserved the whole club for the night. There is no smoking or drinking so it's not smelly or anything like that. They have a 'bartender' that makes non-alcoholic drinks that were to die for. We danced most of the time but they had other things you could do like get some oxygen at an oxygen bar or you could play a wii or just hang out on couches. Even though I knew most of the people there because they were my friends, there were some people from other schools around here that went and it was fun getting to know them. Too bad I'm not 18 yet, because last night was so fun! Hopefully they'll open it for high school age people sometime because it was awesome!

So I went to Costco with my family yesterday and as we were going through the freezer stuff, these caught my attention:

They truly are "A Vacation in Every Bite". They come in a big box and are all individually wrapped. What's cool about them is that they are in fruit shells! The pineapple comes in a pineapple shell, the orange comes in an orange shell, etc. These sorbets are the perfect yummy treat for a hot summer day. I'm sure I'll be needing a ton of these to keep cool.

Graduation Parties
Well, this week is the last week of school, and for me it's the last week of junior high. Woo! We went to Raging Waters today which was fun...and tiring! I am going to go take a nap when I'm done writing this.
But Raging Waters has like ten thousand water slides so me and my friends went on most of them. We went on the biggest, fastest, steepest slide so many times that I stopped counting after 12. I also got a really awesome tan and I didn't lay out. Life is good. :)
